Executive Chef Steve Barzan
Steve Barzan has been in the food service industry for over 30 years and brings both experience and knowledge as Silver’s Head Cook. He has spent his entire career in Saskatchewan and is proud to run a kitchen that is in a locally owned establishment. He brings a willingness to teach and has developed a team that shares his passion. His philosophy of team spirit, continued learning and steadfast professionalism has led to a business where we guarantee you will receive the best service available. Aiding Steve is head chef Cory Traynor, who shares many similar ideals and practices. Cory has found a passion for cooking and aspires to one day be the head of his own kitchen.
